If I could have anything from the site, I’d have Mandy develop a custom perfume for me! However, I’d be happy with anything from the site so I’m very excited about the draw – please enter me! I follow via email.

    • Kandice!! A custom fragrance would be awesome. I can’t believe you’re the first to note it. What notes would you choose?
      In the draw.
      Portia xx

      • Kandice says:

I love orange blossom/neroli, gardenia, and incense. However, I would just love to be part of the process and see what would develop. It would be worth the money (if I had it!) just to be part of the development process and work with Mandy to see how she creates her perfumes. What a great experience and what a wonderful momento – a personalized scent!

      • Totally with you on this. Maybe next year I can talk Mandy into doing an AustralianPerfumeJunkies fragrance. That might be fun. we could get the whole readership involved.
        Portia xx

  32. HollyJae says:

Wow, a great draw!! I’ve been a huge fan of Mandy’s perfumes and natural perfumery in general for quite some time and love that this niche sector of the perfumery industry is starting to really take off in Australia!!

I can’t wait to try Mandy’s new Wild Roses and Oud Luban Extrait perfumes. But I have to say of all of Mandy’s perfumes I’ve sampled thus far (and I’ve loved them all), Parfum Privé is definitely my favourite. I think its the Osmanthus that gets me :).

    I follow via email

    • HollyJae says:

Arrgh it seems all my choices have already been noted! LOL. Being a novice natural perfumer, something I’ve wanted to purchase from Aftelier to try in my concoctions is the Indole 2% (natural isolate). 🙂

    • HollyJae,
Great to have you in the APJ family. Wild Roses is VERY special.
I haven’t tried Parfum Prive yet but now you have me thinking.
      Good luck.
      Portia xx

  33. Tony says:

    Hi Portia,
I follow thru email and twitter. Been wanting to try this line.
I would say Resurrection candle sounds like a deal..thanks!

  35. tomatefarcie says:

Anyone who is inspired by Bob Dylan is ok with me! Parfum de Maroc would be a great inspiration!

    I follow by email

  36. oliviaa says:

I haven’t tried anything from Aftelier before but I’m so into chocolate notes now, I had want to say Cacao but I think it’s been mentioned. So I’ll say Cocoa Chef’s Essence. I wonder if I can dab it on me instead of cooking it! Must definitely get some samples soon! Thank you for the draw Portia!

  37. Amy V says:

After your lovely interview yesterday I had a nosy around the Aftelier website, and the teas sound divine! Frankincense Oolong would be my pick…
    Just subscribed by email. 🙂

  38. Barbara P says:

I just learned about (and followed) your site today, from my son…I spent much of the day learning about perfumes and about Mandy Aftel. Very interesting reading- Thank you, and I look forward to reading more. Many scents intrigued me, including the Muse/Jasmine solid combination.

  39. susan says:

I follow Oz Perfume Junkies on Twitter and I just added you to my Google Reader RSS feed as well. I also tweeted about the giveaway through my account: @breathesgelatin.

There are many Aftelier things I want to try, and many have already been named. But if I have to pick something no one else has mentioned, I have really been wanting to try her face oils. All of the face oils sound divine but maybe the one I want to try most is Jasmine, Geranium & Ylang Ylang. 🙂

  40. womo531 says:

What a great draw =) I think winning any one of the prizes would be AWESOME! I ordered a full sized Patchouli body oil 2 days ago and if I could I would own everything from her store =)

  41. womo531 says:

I adore all of Mandy’s work! Will also facebook this giveaway =)

  42. P – You are the best…I have heard nothing but great things about Mandy’s work so this is a real treat. You know that I follow as you’re my favorite gal. I always have been curious about the solid perfumes so I’ll mention Parfum Privé Solid. I don’t think that anyone has said that, but as I’m late to the game, my eyes were crossing by paging down because you have so many followers!
    xoxox Steve

  43. Djinn says:

Good luck every one!!! This is great draw!!

  44. […] forget to have a go in our Aftelier Giveaway in yesterdays post and check my Guest Post on PerfumePosse today […]

  45. Annamaria says:

I follow through Bloglovin/RSS. Lumiere seems fascinating to me; I would love to smell it!

  46. sophie says:

RSS followed. The Jasmin Sambac chef’s essence sounds divine.

  47. mridula says:

I’ve heard so much about Mandy Aftel and Aftelier perfumes, all of it was in the form of adulation. I’m convinced, and I’m hoping if not now, sometime to score a bottle of wild roses. Its just a bit expensive for me to act on this immediately. In the interest of trying to name a perfume not already commented on I have to say the silver flask of Shiso sounds elegant and refined though honestly I am not familiar with shiso leaf. But something about the word shiso and the form of the flask work beautifully together.

I follow you on email. Thank you for making this happen.

  48. Lindaloo says:

    Hi Portia,
Since the Ancient Resins Body Oil and Hair Elixir (so very Leonard Cohen) has already been mentioned, I’ll select from the Chef’s Essences. I’ve read some great foodie reviews of them and am particularly interested in the Cepes, described as earthy, wet moss, intense, delicious. I’m thinking it might be a simple way to add a touch of umami.

    I happily follow by e-mail.

Thanks for the generous draw opportunity.

  49. What a great draw!

I will give the Chef’s Essences Home Choclatier set some love!

    No else picked that, right?

    Thanks again, Portia!

  50. Undina says:

Portia, I follow you by… actually, all of the above – RSS, e-mail, WD (and then some – twitter, Facebook, you name it) – does it give me an extra chance? 😉 No? Ok, I twitted the giveaway.

I’m in a holiday mood so I’ll say Fir Needle Chef’s Essence.

  51. rosiegreen says:

Portia, I follow you by email and facebook.. I have been lemming the Basil Chef’s Essence. Thanks for the lovely draw.

  52. Roslyn says:

Have just found this site! I’m going to say Cacao Eau de Parfum.

  53. Lavanya says:

jasmine sambac chef”s essence- trying to imagine it in hot sipping chocolate..hmmm

  56. Tina G says:
