Heya Fashionistas,
Summer is coming in the Northern Hemisphere. Discover Bottega Veneta’s new pair of limited edition cat-shaped sunglasses. Sometimes I am completely overwhelmed by the incredible attention to detail of the multinationals. This is no exception as the Bottega Veneta crew show us a little of how their newest cool sunglasses are created.

Very nice. It would never have occurred to me that the detailing on the top edge would actually be woven in the same way (intrecciato) as their bags are.
I really like this kind of video where you see the skill involved in crafting an item. Same reason I like the Hermes videos showing their leather crafting.

Me too. I get so excited seeing details come to life. The DIOR & CHANEL making of videos for their gowns make me swoon.

I’m a big cat-eye glasses fan, it’s great that they’re back in fashion. I’m not a huge fan of these ones, the brow is too heavy for me, but I can appreciate the workmanship.

YAY! Cats are back. It’s going to be a fun couple of years in fashion I think. If cats are back then do we see a Mod resurgence? My favourite look.
