How can you be harsh about beauty Arline, with yourself?
Be kind to yourself darling, it’s hard to be happy when someone is constantly picking on you.
Give yourself a break, in 100 years we’ll all be dead and how your hair looked or jeans fit will be totally irrelevant. Just enjoy what you have, do your best but don’t worry.
I know these are platitudes but they are also important, love yourself. You are the only you you’ve got.
