Handsome? Definitely. Engaging? Not really. He looked like stiff and awkward to me. No spark, no glint of passion in the eye. Maybe he is not happy speaking French to camera? Or maybe he’s sick of talking about Chanel Bloody No 5?! Of course there is no avoiding No 5 if you take a job at Chanel, so he has grin and bear it.
