Mood Scent 4: Rediscovering Our Inner Teen

Hey there APJ,

It’s Mood Scent 4 week. I was filled with questions about this particular Mood Scent 4 project. As I’ve never had to “Grow Up” as such my mind is fairly well situated around teen level. My tastes in so many ways reflect this too. So am I remembering my teen years and my fragrant choices then OR am I thinking like a modern teen? It is a conundrum. One of the good things about this crew is that there is little guidance and we all get to give our very personal agenda. So I’m picking five fragrances; some from my own teen years and some that modern teens should be sharing with us..

So excited to be blogging with these three superstars again:  Esperanza L’Esperessence, Megan Megan In Sainte Maxime and Samantha I Scent You A Day. Check theirs out too.

Hello friends, it’s Narth here falling in love with a leather just in time for the summer heat.

I’ve only pottered about with the house Les Liquides Imaginaires until now, sniffing nozzles and spraying cards after testing other things. It was never on my radar, the name and bottles having failed to immediately appeal. But I was generously given a sample by  the Libertine Parfumerie section in Myer, Melbourne after I’d been blathering about fragrance to the sales person. It’s gone straight to the top of my wishlist.

Hey there APJ Crew,

This week has been interesting. Pretty chill apart from one major meltdown and the horror/shame/self loathing that came after. Loads of perfume, some outings with friends, art, food and shopping PLUS the Australian launch of Hermetica perfumes. Anna Maria and I spent a day wandering Sydney’s perfume and art, that was cool.
Not a huge week but a fun one.

Hey there APJ.

As most of you know I spent a week in Scotland recently.   I have wanted to go my whole life and finally got it together to organise a trip.  Well, we booked  flights and our beyond dear friend Kirk, who has cropped up in my posts over the years did the organising.  We just had to get there.   He would be waiting at the airport with a car.  Our flight was from Munich to Edinburgh, so what better way to start the trip than to sleepover in Munich and go to the Oktoberfest?
