Hey there APJ Crew,
This week turned out to be all about fragrance and friends. We also got the go-ahead to buy a new townhouse so VERY excited about that too. Life has been very generous with us and we are grateful in the extreme.

Hi there Perfume Lovers,
Jin and I were away, driving around Europe last year, when we met one of our girlfriends in Hanover and we all spent three fabulous days discovering the city. It was ripe with stuff to see including a lift that goes around the interior of their church or town hall (sorry, it was broken and we never got a ride) and the Niki de Saint Phalle sculptures dotted around the town and in their gallery, tulips and daffodils galore and a very nice shopping district. Hey there lovers of extraordinary fragrance,
Oliver & Co seems like a house that flies under the radar. I don’t understand it. The perfumes are interesting, challenging and bizarre but most of all totally wearable. To anyone passing you in the street you’d just smell awesome. It’s the detail, the fragrant stories, the unusual juxtaposition of ingredients and stellar longevity that all make them so buyable to me.

Hiya Fragrant Fumies,
I had totally forgotten that there is a bottle of todays fragrance in my collection. It has been sitting lonely and ignored for at least a year. While doing a reshuffle in the perfume room I came across it and thought it must have been my Evening Edged In Gold. Didn’t even look at the bottle or title and gave myself 4 hefty chest spritzes and one to each arm before realising. What a happy mistake.

Hey there APJ,
Yesterday Evan came over for a sniff. Well he really came over to give me a sniff of his newest fragrant beauties. What a fabulous bunch he has purchased lately. There were Nishane, Creed, Tom Ford, Villoresi and a bunch of others. So much fun sniffing together on cardboard and after initial sniffings I decided to put two on my skin, Tom Ford Lavender Palm and Laudano Nero.

Hi there Perfume Junkies,
This week has been humid, close to Equatorially humid. I love the warmth and sunshine but find the humidity hard to deal with, especially in Drag. My whole body feels like it should be rippling up with water logged-ness. There has been loads of couch time under the fan, sitting still, drinking water and tea. Mostly my fragrance choices have reflected the heat but a couple have embraced it. There have been a few catch ups, some yummy food and a bunch of fabulous scent too..
