At APJ we have a Saturday Question. Everyone gets to chime in with an answer, chat with other responders and it’s a fun event each week. Taking sides never means taking offence and everyone keeps it respectful and light, even though we can sometimes trawl the depths.
The idea is you’ll see it on the weekend or chime in through the week. Hopefully you will come back regularly and see if anyone has responded to your comment and you can reply to them. The aim is to generate real conversation and connection even though we are scattered around the globe.

For a week that very little happened I seem to have been quite busy. Loads of fragrance and fragrant moments. A few friends mainly around our place and some very low key fun.

SO MUCH Fragrance this week. I feel like my mojo came back a bit. Having a week with only a few social engagements meant i had more time to spritz and sniff. Aside from everything you see here as my full body wear fragrances there was always something on the back of my left or right hand. Hella fragrant!

This week I finally hit the pause button. Literally spent two full days on the couch or in bed reading and watching TV. Yes there was plenty of excitement on the other days and I had to work both nights but it was blissful. Amazing how two days can recharge me, do you find that?

Well I TRIED to have a quiet week but it seems the fates had other things in store for me. Loads of fragrances and friends, in fact it was just as non stop as the wedding week.

Hey there APJ Crew,
Jin and I are back living together. We had the kids by themselves, they left yesterday, and I know it’s hard to believe but I have NO COMPLAINTS! They were not perfect, who is?, but they were respectful, tidy and very low maintenance. I also like the people they are turning into. Now that their English is conversational life is much easier. My Korean is still about 20 words, so obviously I’m not helping matters.

How have you been?
I don’t know about you, but it has taken me years to come to fully appreciate Guerlain’s Shalimar and some of its flankers. I am not sure what put me off of it for so long, but about a year and a half ago it was as if a light switch went off in my head.
